You plan ahead for this. You setup your PC and phone to sync when connected or put your stuff on the memory card that you remove and read elsewhere.
It does NOT require rooting if you plan ahead.
This planning is done before the failure. After that you try asking a service counter to clone your phone to the new one.
Hi guys, I have a faulty Smart Ultra 6 (random haptic feedback & unresponsive screen) that I still have a lot of important photos on that I now cant access. Half of the screen is unresponsive now so theres no way I can pattern unlock it- But it needs to be unlocked so I can take my stuff off of it. It also isnt rooted or anything and I cant remote unlock it so im really stuck here.
Any help would be appreciated
