How can I get coupons.com to Insatlll?

I had the program installed and it stopped working. it said i needed to install the coupon.com software. so i unistalled it and can not get it to reinstall. when I hit save file it does nothing. i am using firefox the latest version. I also have windows 8. i don't know if this affects this or not. i am at my wits end any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks

Coupons.com Install - Latest Firefox version 21.

Hi Gwennypoo1 -

Please note that the recent version of Firefox (21) caused the coupon printer addon to stop loading. The company has since released a new version of the coupon printer to remedy the issue. Please visit the site or http://install.coupons.com and simply reinstall the coupon printer. Tip: Be sure to run the file after downloading and saving it. Go to Tools->Downloads and double click the couponprinter.exe. If this doesn't work for you, try posting on their Facebook Fan Page. They'll get back to you quickly.
