How can I get 3.5 X 5 prints these days?

I need to find an on-line printing service that will print 3.5 X 5 size prints from digital. Anybody know of one?

If you set the size in a photo editor using the photo shop's

specs for ppi, then you can tell them to print 4x6s with NO adjustments. You will have to trim the excess white paper.

Costco, for one, has this kind of information, and can do this kind of printing.
