Clarification Request
What version of Windows?
Jan 20, 2015 5:44AM PST

If you have Windows 7 with a WiFi adapter, just click on the icon with the 5 bars next to the speaker icon in the lower right corner of your screen. That lists all the APs. Since most will be encrypted, you'll need the password(s) to connect.

Answer
Here's how I find a client.
Jan 20, 2015 5:44AM PST

If I can't locate a device/phone/laptop that is connected to my AP I revoke/block its connection. Then the owner of the client will always seek out support for why their device/phone/laptop can't connect.

internet client connetcions
Jan 21, 2015 1:07AM PST

It seems that I was not able to speak about my purpose. I try to explain It again but if i failed to do that I'm seriously want to apologize.
I want to find a device that connect to a AP in a local network over internet.
therefore, my goal device is a client of AP that it has internet connection and i want to find that client by the AP and send a command to it, remotely.
how can I do this?

You can't.

Because folk abused remote command systems almost every OS today does not respond to remote commands.

So simple no is the answer.

what about port forwarding?
Jan 21, 2015 3:52AM PST

I want to use something like port forwarding but because AP with DHCP server assign an IP to client each time the client becomes turn on, I could not use this concept permanently.
if this is true I have problem with port forwarding too.But even I could not setup a sample port forwarding for a simple test.
My modem router is D-Link DSL-2750u.

Still fails.

Even if you port forward almost all devices and OSes do not respond to remote commands. Out of the box, this fails.
