You would only do this to represent others with same issue. It should take a few years as you gather plaintiffs.
I think you really should go to small claims court if you have your documentation on what happened.
I send a tablet for repair around September of 2017, about a month latter I got it back actually broken, I send it back for repair again and 3 weeks latter they canceled my request, UPS send it back to my house unrepaired. I called Samsung they said they didn't resolved the problem because they never got the tablet, I had to resend it for the third time week after week and no answer, I finally put a claim in BBB and that didn't help anything, I have called every week 2 to 3 times, I keep getting wrong information or they never requested for a new tablet when I was told I would get a replacement and that was january 8 2018, it's March 15 and I get nothing. Anyone can help me on how to put a class action lawsuit against Samsung??
