This is a personal computer or PC. The concept from day one is that if you are at the keyboard, it's yours.
OK, try the old LIMITED USER and beef it up with NTFS PERMISSIONS. This is NOT an offer to write tutorials on either but between the two you have a fairly limited user that can't delete files that are not theirs.
In closing, let's say they broke the machine. Or the hard drive failed. Are you ready? I find 98% of owners are not.

One that could ONLY see the movies in my PC
I have lots of sensitive info on my PC but also lots of multimedia content, I have a new LCD TV and I want to use them both together but Im afraid someone will mess up the config or access certain files I need to keep out of sight (nothing really bad, bank balances, some party pics and stuff like that)
Is there any way I can set up an user account that can ONLY access the multimedia files?
Im running windows 7
