Remember that I want 3 copies of my stuff on 3 drives.
While it's syncing I may even play songs about backup.
I've found SyncBack, GoodSync to work very well. Later I can use a search for all files and sort by size to find the big duplicates.

I have three disk drives on my desktop as well a one on my laptop.
After transfering most of the files and folders from the oldest drive to two other drives one is a newer SATA, and also some to my new laptop, I find I have what I think and know are many duplicates of files and folders. (Yes it is a mess!) Now one of the drives is making noises like it is dying so I have to get the info off it soon.
I would like to run a compaprison of these drives so I can clean them up and only have 1 copy of each file and folder (I do have another outboard disk drive where I back-up the important files.)
