Hello boshkash,
there's no need to zip, or split your files. There are CD writable disks with 800 MB capacity available in the market. I hope there is one in the market near you, otherwise when you're in Nero Burning Rom go to File, then Preferences, then Expert Features, then check Enable overburn Disc. You could try increasing it to 85 min, but that is not guaranteed. It may damage the disc, but you could perhaps try. Otherwise buy a disc with 800 MB capacity.

Start Nero Burning Rom (not the Smart Start) and Go to ==> File ==> Preferences ==> Select Experert Features Tab and the second item from the top is the check box to enable Overburn.
As 700 MB = 80 Min then 1 Min = 8.75 MB. A setting of 84 Min (83:55) should permit a burn of 731 MB.
While Nero supports this feature, it is also not recommended as the CD-ROM is not certified (ie tested) for such a purpose. The area of overburn my be subject to accelerated degredation as compared to the normal burn area.
I have sucessfully performed this operation and I have settings set for 82 Min with no ill affects. As I have Hundreds of CD-ROM's that I use day in and day out burned, I still sleep better at night keeping the limit under 80 Min whenever practical.

If this is a single file of 731MB, it may be an ISO file or a BIN/CUE file. Use the "burn image" option.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
