how can i block HTTP (port 80)

I have a network (5 pc) and i want to block the internet access in one computer but i don't want to block the network access in this pc.

Perhaps by MAC address filtering. It also can be done using static IP addressing and not plugging DNS/gateway info into the "banned" PC. Of course this would mean preventing users from monkeying around with network settings.

Since this is the XP forum, I'll assume all systems run XP, in which case you can just set the firewall to block traffic on port 80. You then just have to be sure the user is unable to alter the firewall settings.
