things Glenn but according to this page here, you can still use either browser but as of yet, I don't see where there is an actual option for which version you use. It looks to me like it would maybe default to Active-X if you go there using IE and would default to Java if you go there using Firefox. I THINK if you click accept and go to the next page maybe and try it there with Firefox, it MIGHT load for you. I would do it myself but I don't have time to do that right now.

Recent problem loading the scan software using both Internet Explorer and Firefox 1.5... appears to me HouseCall has revamped their site and maybe combined the regular and European Java sites. Finally I did get the regular link http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ to work using Internet Explorer.
Firefox will not connect with the following popup being received: ''Warning, the HouseCall-API did not define a native binding!''
Does anyone know what this means or a solution so online scan can be done using Firefox?
