House passes Anti-Robocall bill. Not sure if that will help

Just listen to how many anti-robocall apps and tools are used by Mr. French.

I'm using my carrier's blocker, NOMOROBO and a CPR V5000 Call Blocker (which is very nice.)

Maybe a surcharge to each call would not be a bad idea. A penny a call would fix this one.

I hear very few, perhaps I'm aggressive about not picking up. Of course, it helps to have few friends.
Voice mail works for me. Legit callers leave one. Later, I check vm and delete anon. numbers.
