Hotspot help?

I just got a Verizon prepaid unlimited hotspot as an alternative to a Frontier dsl. I'm streaming DirecTV now, and the IP address is in Pittsburgh, but I live in the Cleveland tv market. I'm getting Pittsburgh local channels based on my IP. Help?

Do try changing your DNS and while some may write to use a VPN I find those kill performance and streaming TV falters or just fails.
