Hotmail Server Down!

Today that is Sunday for me ,maybe Saturday for you
! Hotmails server to me is down. now i guess its not important to many people but many people do care . today i have the best example my dad, hE was today going to travel to Delhi for 2 days thorugh a airline called Jet Airwayz, now he did E-ticketing and stuff and gave his hotmail account yesterday , now today he might have recived his ticket booking number and all that stuff but he cant check it for a simple reason HOTMAILS SERVER is DOWN.
He got very panicy and called thge airline people they said they cant help until he proves that hes the one who was tarvelling, so my dad runs down to the airport shows them his passport and they after an hour or so they say ok, and he just goes into the aircraft as it was time for his flight! Now he will be there for 1 days without any extra stuff!! Now i am not blaming anyone this could happen to any website but comon people cant the best software company do better servers?

According to research Microsoft Corp. Is the best and largest software company and as i see it msn is a part of microsoft and hotmail is a part of msn ...!
