Hotmail missing

Ok can someone please tell me what do now that I have downloaded the Windows XP SP3 I can't seem to go to my hotmail/msn email account. I can get the msn webpage but when I click on the hotmail option it goes through the steps but nothing comes up for me to log-in.

Have you tried hotmail.com?

Skip the MSN page and try going directly to hotmail.com for now and see what happens.

Tried another browser, like Firefox? If it works in Firefox (via Msn.com), then you know it's an IE issue.

Problem with IE

I did what you said and it did work in Firefox so what do I do with IE problem to fix it?
