Hotmail forwarding

When I forward a message with attachments that I received in my Hotmail account, it (with the exception of videos) only appears at the forward address as bunch of gibberish. In the subject area it shows a text box.

I believe Hotmail has virus/spam filters for forwarded emails w/attachments.
