Hotmail

I'm having a problem with hotmail. I go sign in and I get the "Problem: Accessing email/signing in" Page, Well I changed my password and signed back in, well it finally let me go to my email then I go to open some of my email up, and I get this at the top of the screen

"Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook."

I can't view junk mail, I can delete mail but that's about it. Any idea on what I should do??? I have another account under hotmail and it works fine.

You wrote "If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook." So my intention was to ask if you went there. But I forgot the "go".
