Many posts are happening about this. From what I can tell you need to change your firewall settings. Ask the firewall provider for support.

Hotmail blank page.

Since you get the blank page, I beleive the javascript settings are incorrect. Under TOOLS -> INTERNET OPTIONS -> SECURITY -> CUSTOM LEVEL -> and scroll right down to SCRIPTING section and check that the 'ENABLED' buttons are checked throughout. I'm on W2K so maybe settings are in a different place.

Best of luck, And test which script settings you can disable later.

New pests.
Sep 6, 2004 8:06AM PDT

Over the last week I have encountered NEW pests that we are only finding with Hijackthis, the tasklist.exe and BHODEMON.

The next steps are for you to dive in and research each line of output from each tool.

Yep, it happened to me when I installed ZAP. But having used ZA for years I knew I had to go into the control panel and give blanket approval for MSN. It takes some time to tweak a good firewall but it's not difficult.

If the above doesn't help I'd consider moving to a new email service.
