Hotbar Dilemma

Mar 14, 2004 12:59PM PST

My operating system is Windows 98SE and I have Office Professional 2000. I'm using a Gateway 500MHz and my computer is about 5 years old.

I hate drab, boring,ho-hum look and had used Hotbar before reading information about how it spied on your activity on the internet. I feel comfortable that I have successfully removed but now I have to deal with the drabness again.

Is there anything out there that can punch up the toolbar area of IE. I had found a site that an individual used to create skins for Hotbar but what was offered wasn't images of nature, animals, etc. so I removed her "wallpaper" as well.

I appreciate in advance any suggestion even if it means I have to deal with GRAY!!! :o)
