Hot to program Panasonic Universal remote

Hi,

I have a Panasonic Universal Remote VSQS1480 that I want to use with a pre-owned VCR that I bought today. I had this remote with my Panasonic VCR that died after my system got struck by lightning. I guess when I tossed out the VCR, I threw out the manual too. I have the codes for the RCA brand VCR, but don't know how to program them into the remote.

Can anyone help?
