Return it to the way it was. Get the flash procedure right. You need a *bootable* floppy disk already set with the flash pgm. and the require .BIN or whatever flash update is needed. Visit the mtrbd. support website for info on the flash process procedure and update file. With the good bios chip installed and ready for "easy" removal, start the flash process but go as far as the last step before it actually starts flashing, at this point, swap bios chips and seat bad bios chip, now hit the key to start flashing. If you get an error, either the bios chip isn't the right type or a true hard fault is present with the chip.
