"Hot Dog University"

Mr. Reitman's food service experience began when he was 8 years old. He earned a Masters Degree and spent 25 years as a counselor in a local school district.

After he bought his first cart, he would have people ask hom about franchise possibilities. That gave him the idea ofr his university. "I'm a teacher at heart", he said.
