Horrible support : inPhonic.com / WireFly.com

This is the horrible online store, I would very strongly recommend *not* to use their services.
I placed my order for Motorola V600(At&T) phone on 8th June'2004, Its been 3 weeks now and they have not yet
shipped the phone. Every time I call the customer service they transfer to verification Dept. and they make any rubbish excuse. Their customer service representative are very rude, I am really very upset and don't know who to contact for their abuse.

I had a similar experience with wirefly. Ordered Phone V600 thought it is free, but never got it so I finally cancelled it and bought from other site by paying a lil money. Please Please never order from them again.

Did they claim that you were going to get a $150 rebate...because they don't give it to you!!!

I checked out the wirefly.com site. Whoa, they look iffy. Hard to find contact information. Just a slimy "best-deal" outfit, eh.
