I understand your frustration and also I am having trouble with Samsung. I bought a Note 9 which didn't work 100% (Bixby didn't like my voice) and I bought it because of the Bixby feature, I have severe arthritis and my right hand is pretty much useless now, the voice control sounded a way to help me but Bixby was more useless than my hand. I was told I'd need to wait for a software update (unknown date for such) so I returned the handset.
They returned some of the money but still owe me a considerable amount. Been going on 2 months.
I'm on long term sickness leave with half salary and the money is important, dealing with their customer services has really caused me suffering, they truly are the 3 i's:
Incompetent
Inconsiderate
Irritating
Their products are market leading technological marvels but I'm afraid they've given me the worse customer service experience and I've totally lost confidence with them, so you are not alone, I'm sure Samsung has treated many its customers poorly also.
I purchased a 40" TV from Samsung. Part of the cost was done with a Verizon promotion I used. The TV was shipped and an exception occurred in transit with FedEx. FedEx says it was due to multiple shipping labels on the box. Numerous attempts to resolve the issue with Samsung and FedEx failed. FedEx ultimately said, Samsung requested the TV back. I get an email stating they had receive the TV back and a refund was being sent to my credit card. In conversations with CRS"s from Samsung and all I got was we can't help you its in FedEx's hands. Then I get, it was returned and you are being credited with a return. Its like it never occurred to them, I really wanted the TV but I was just abruptly told, you are getting a refund. No one at Samsung has ever reached out to me about this matter. I emailed them with supporting Documents and I get, "We reviewed your file and you have been issued a refund." Ok.. fine. I will never purchase another Samsung product ever.
