If you get into a "support hell" loop don't fall for the prolonged fixes. Your warranty should explain exactly what you're entitled to. Once, it goes beyond two weeks, you should quickly file a return for them to fix or allow them to sent someone. If not that, then return for repairs. If you get no satisfaction, then decline payment if by credit card and/or before you get billed. CyberPower is not a huge player in online sales but does well in general, I guess support is an after thought. That support is the other half of a good company. You do what you think you should do, but be quick.
