Horrible Customer SErvice!

I paid the renewal fee. Received an invoice through e-mail. However, no license number has been e-mailed! It's been more than 5 days and I've been trying to contact with customer service but it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach them! I've sent 3 e-mails through their website. NO REPLY SO FAR. I've been trying to chat with a customer service rep, but they are NEVER available! CANNOT BELIEVE THIS! I need refund but don't know where to start. My husband has been making fun of me for PAYING for this service. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER PAID. PEOPLE NEVER PAY FOR THIS COMPANY. They will rip you off with no customer service!!!!

Or please open my CNET profile and send me an email with some identifier of your payment (previous license number, customer ID or registered email address), I will check it in our system and provide you with renewed license number.

Finally, I got my license number. I wish I could have gotten this simple help through e-mail service or chat service... Why did I need to go through CNET Forum... I will go through one more year of humiliation from my husband and will NEVER NEVER NEVER renew.

Thank you for extending my license. Without your help, my license wouldn't be valid. I really don't know why this happened and why nobody could have helped me before I post this on CNET forum. Hope AVG will improve customer service a little more. Anyway, thank you, Ondrej_AVG, for your help.
