I recently had a very bad experience with a Dell Service representative who came to my house and yelled "'you're the most difficult customer I have ever worked with, have a blessed day'" . I felt horribly insulted with this treatment.
I reported this to Dell and asked for a refund . They offered a $100 discount and said that the person has been "coached" and that he is an external contractor so Dell has no responsibility.
I reported to BBB recently and waiting for redress. Could you please suggest what I can do now to get this escalated to Dell ?
It looks like they have completely ignored this issue , since its been more than 2 weeks and the laptop is lying open in my house the way that the Dell Service representative left it. Dell has not even called once after I refused the $100 they were offering. And the laptop has 'next day service' for 1 year and its been only 6 months since I purchased it.
