hooking up stereo system to new plasma

Hello,

I have a Yamaha Natural Sound Receiver RX-V463. I have recently purchased a
Panasonic TC-P46G10 46" VIERA High-definition 1080p Plasma TV. I have two Klipsch speakers. I am wondering what cables would be best for hooking up the speakers and the receiver? I am also wondering what is the best way to set the receiver for optimum sound? Any ideas?
