Dec 9, 2003 2:03AM PST

I would like to hook up a security camera to my PC and set it up so that I can have something like a time-lapse feature. What would I need in order to do this in terms of hardware and software

My Logitech 4000 camera does such. Have you looked at this?

1. 'u could try X10, which I have, but their color camera only works with light. In addition, I've found their transceivers and transmitters will only work in certain electrical sockets of this house -- that with original unchanged wiring.

2. Be aware however of anomalies explained in this article which should be factored in.
