Chicago killings cause homicide solutions in Illinois to only be 16%. That means if you are killed in Illinois, especially Chicago, the criminal will get away with it.

Perhaps the majority of killings in Chicago are "gang related" and they are taking care of their own business....You kill one of mine...I kill one of yours?

TheRUMP claimed HE could shoot someone and "get away with it".

why Texas is second largest homicide state behind California, yet Texas has a much higher solution rate?

Texas higher solution rate?...because the shooter and victim have a "direct connection"...it's usually personal?
