Molly,

Which browser are you using and if Internet Explorer, which version? Have you already updated to IE 6 SP1? If not, please do. ARe you using AOL? Have you tried clearing the AOL browser cache or the Temporary Internet Files folder?

It's possible that you're particular home page is having problems or maybe you're using a HOSTS file which is blocking the page??. Have you tried changing the home page to something else?

Next, it might be a good idea to run one , or both of the free online antivirus scanners below. (The Panda link takes a lot longer to run but it does a good job of scanning.):

Housecall Online Scanner

Panda Online Scanner

In addition, please download, install, update, then run the free spyware removal tools below:

I have IE6. I do use AOL. I will delete my temporary internet files, and try the rest of the options you have given me. One other thing I forgot to mention, is that at one point I did get a page called Quick Search. Then after that, everytime I tried to open my home page, I got the message action cancelled.
