Is there a way to be able to share "desktops" in Windows-10 using "Homegroup"? If not, is this possible in another way?

Need a better description of "share desktops"

Some folk want a roaming account that their files and such follow them from PC to PC. That's usually done with a Windows Server in the mix. There are books and classes on that so I'll leave the answer short.

If I am on my desktop and I want to look at files on my wife's desktop, (same computer) I don't want to have to sign out of mine and back into hers. What's the best way to accomplish this?

Or just use file explorer to the other users files.
