Home wireless connectivity issues with iPad & MACbook Pro

I have recently purchased an iPad and a MACBook Pro. Both units intermittently drop the wireless internet signal from my wireless router.

Have you tried the usual CNET Wireless Forum way?

In short, router defaults, ISP needed entries, SIMPLE SSID and WPA2 AES or PSK.

Might help.

PS. Hiding the SSID or using MAC filters are known to drop.
