I am looking into building a Home Theatre pc. I want to have a small pc that will look ok next to my tv. I am not trying to make a great pc but just one that i can watch and record tv. I want to be able to use my tv as my monitor. My tv isnt very far in my bedroom, its about by my feet. I do want a a fast computer and I have looked into components, but I want a second or third opinion and see what would be best for me. I want to make a Windows Vista capable pc. I would like to have a tv tuner card that has a TV Out and be able to hear sound from my tv, so that I can watch movies. I have a 20'' Tube TV that has the cable jack and A/V inputs, its just a simple TV. Goal is to build it under $1000 without a monitor.
