Question

Home Theater and TV Problem

Nov 22, 2012 2:38AM PST

I have a UN55ES6820FXZC TV hooked up to a HT-E6530/ZC Home Theater. Every time I start my system, the TV runs for 10-15 seconds and then switches by itself to the "Digital in" screen. I have to press the "source" button on the home theater remote three or four times to get back to my TV broadcast. Is there a setting I'm missing or something similar? Any help to remedy this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Hi vittelman,

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. This is how the setup will function if you've connected everything with HDMI and have Anynet+ turned on. In order to get it to stop working this way, you'll need to turn off Anynet+.

Thanks for the info. I did that and it has stopped going to the digital in screen. I guess my next step is to buy a logitech universal remote.
