Home page in IE6 keeps changing

I have set my browser's home page to be my cable provider's home page, but everytime I shut down my computer and then turn it back on at another time and open my browser, my home page changes to http://th.msie.cc/index.php?aid=20035. It only does this in IE, not in Netscape. I have updated my norton antivirus and done a thorough virus scan. I have installed Spybot and fixed all problems it identified. But this problem persists. Any suggestions?

I forgot to mention that I also ran Ad-aware and eliminated files, etc....but without success in fixing this annoying problem.

Nina, You may want to download & run the CWShredder Tool at the link below. Close all open windows prior to running it. It may correct the problem.
