Home page in IE6 keeps changing

I have set my browser's home page to be my cable provider's home page, but everytime I shut down my computer and then turn it back on at another time and open my browser, my home page changes to It only does this in IE, not in Netscape. I have updated my norton antivirus and done a thorough virus scan. I have installed Spybot and fixed all problems it identified. But this problem persists. Any suggestions?

I forgot to mention that I also ran Ad-aware and eliminated files, etc....but without success in fixing this annoying problem.
