Wireless router downstairs with another wireless appliance upstairs.
No need to purchase a wireless appliance, which tend to be more expensive than a regular wireless router, just purchase a second wireless router, turn off the DHCP and run it as a WAP.
Locate the WAP in a fairly central place upstairs.

I have a home network at the moment with cat5e run into every room of the house some have a few extras. I would like to have strong wifi in all parts of the house (2 storey) can anyone tell me what I need to buy (wifi aerial) to plug into the cat5e wall outlets to create a good wifi strength? Thanks
