how about Nero 2016. I have seen it on sale sometime for about $40.
I have home movies on HDV tapes and I want to put them on Blu-ray disc. I have a Blu-ray burner on my computer but no software to run it, any suggestions.

You'll need some video editor and BluRay burning software. Here's a 30 day trial that burns to BluRay.
