Ok my American friends, it's no holiday up here in Canada, we did our dead bird day last month. Was even thinking of coming down to the US this weekend until I remembered it was Black Friday and every hotel is booked solid.

Crazy, I tell ya.

But I'm breaking rules at work, government isn't going to like me for this, but I'm tuning into your Holiday Helpdesk to see what is going on, streaming video here I come.

Molly/Veronica wear something nice (as always), Tom, um, you're good to go! =)

The helpdesk is really good this year. Very well done so far, and no one's too cranky yet (Brian I'm looking at you) Though, we'll see how chipper Molly is in a couple of hours. I'm hoping for a classic MollyRant today.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
