Doorbell123,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue.
The only type of troubleshooting I might suggest is re-seating the lamp. With the unit powered off and unplugged, try removing and then reseating the lamp. In some cases, this can fix the issue. If not, or if you're unsure on how to do this, it may need to be serviced by a technician.

Hey, I developed some problems with my DLP tv.
So, I'll explain this step by step as it happens. (I unplugged my tv when it first started doing this.)
So, I plug my tv in, and it powers itself on automatically.
I get a picture and sound... then 20-30 seconds later... it powers itself off. The red light,(temp/standby) lights up briefly.
Then 20-30 seconds later... the tv powers itself back on. The green light on the right lights up. I get a picture, I get sound... then 20-30 seconds later, it powers off again.
It will repeat this process as long as I have it plugged in.
Anyone know *** is going on here?
I would certainly appreciate any help! (I'm passed my warranty, and laid off from work so...)
