Question

HL61A750 black line?

I have a black line about 3/4 of an inch wide on left side of tv,was wondering if anybody else has seen any other posts or expeirienced this at all ? I see so many white dot issues i guess i may be next for that.thanks for any help.HL61A750DLP

regarding black line issue i called samsung TRANSACTION #4110095993 and they gave me a number to call for service tech in area , so i called them and said light tunnel problem probably. My issue is tv is 3 years old probkem has been going on for about a year and yes no warranty.If these televisions dont last why would i want to pay to fix?seems like everything in todays world of high tech nothing is built to last.Anyway thanks for your support.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
