lost power to day for maybe 2 seconds now the screen has color lines vertically and gray lines horizontally the picture can be seen in background but very faint.

I have a dvd player connected to hdmi input and that picture is ok but it is acting strange it freezes a few times during play.....I have checked svideo and cable inputs that is where the problem is...
