(not sure which code worked for the image, if any at all)

So I have the Hitachi DZGX5020A DVD Camcorder which I use DVD-RW to record my videos and whatnot.

Now, I've had this problem since Christmas 2007 (which is when I received the camcorder) and have not had the time and patience to sit down and figure out how I can put the recorded material from my camcorder on the DVD-RW and put it on my computer to further edit and upload to, for example, youtube.

Do I need a special program to do this? I am completely clueless at this point as it is my first camcorder.

I never seem to find the answer no matter how hard I try, so I'm hoping that one of you intelligent and technologically literate and gifted (lol) people can help me.

Did you install the included software. It will allow you to do what you are talking about.

It didn't come with any software...that's the problem.
What software would be compatible with my camcorder and where could I buy it?

For this model, you need special software.

Here's the steps.

1. Finalize the media.
2. Look for softwares called DVD RIPPERS on google.com

Once you have ripped the content to something compatible with your video editing software, then and only then can you edit it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
