I had a Hitachi model# DZ-MV230A that no longer is operational. I have several dvd's that was never finalized and now I can not view the video on any other player or PC. Is there anything I can do or are these DVD-R's no longer viewable.

I had a similar problem with dvd-r created by my old Hitachi DZ-MV380. Folks at http://forums.cnet.com/5208-7594_102-0.html?messageID=1600024 said CD Roller was recommended by Hitachi tech support. And, it worked for me too.
