Question

Hisense TV HD problems (when in use w/PS3)

I have a Hisense TV here and I tried using it with my PS3. Unfortunately I had to perform the Video reset to get anything to display onto the TV. The TV refuses to run anything higher than 480p, yet it's supposed to be a HD TV. I can't tell if it's just my PS3, or the TV itself. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Still can't find the full model number.

In the meantime do the usual HDMI reset. Unplug all connections to the TV. Unplug the power to the TV, wait 5 minutes. Apply power and ONLY the PS3 to try again.

I would be guessing if other 1080p sources work and the TV firmware is current.
