I think Indian law determines what lawyers may do what things in the courts in India, not the country where they come from.
Of course, hiring and paying anyone for giving advice should be possible always.

I want to know where can I find US, Canadian, UK, Australian laws to hire lawyers belonging to USA, Canada, UK and Australia to advice our India based clients on corporate laws, family laws, foreign criminal law. I mean how to know if there is a bar on them in their respective countries to practice in India.
