Question

Hijacker trojan

Mar 24, 2016 7:34PM PDT

Recently, when I entered my password to log on to my computer, I received a message that said the account was not recognized. At the computer repair shop I was told that the Hijacker trojan was the problem and that it was removed. My question: Why would a trojan want to prevent me from using my computer. I though it needed me to be online in order for it to do its thing.

Some people and computer expert make program just for harassment, they don't get any benefits from it. My system not allow me to open word, IE and mozilla. I scan many time but trojan never detected. This problem not create problem until I use those program. I need to reinstall entire windows to make it correct.
