HiJack This Log ... Please Help

Hi,
I have this HiJack This Log , I didn't know what to remove and what to fix . One of the members instructed me to use HiJack this to find a solution for my problem , She gave me so many solutions and couldnt repair the problem . So she said use hijack this to try and solve it . I used it but couldnt understand what to delete and what to keep .

Again , the problem is that when i click on windows update in the start menu , it transfers me to www.msn.com , i couldnt even install windows live messenger and the new windows media player . Please help .
And if this is not the right place for the log post . Please direct me on where to post it .
