Hijack This help needed

I am so new at this, I know I have spyware on my computer and ran the adaware and norton virus scans I was told to do, was suggested to run Hijack This and at the very begining it lists all my files but i have know idea which ones to check or leave unchecked. Do not want to delet something important. The instructions said to consult a spyware forum expert but cannot access the spyware.com sites for some reason they are blocked. HELP need to know which items to check to finish running Highjack This...

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
