High Tech alternatives for "the rolodex"

We have a few hundred cards in our rolodex and I was wondering if anyone knows of a good software/online program, either for free or not too expensive that we can use to digitize our contacts?

Preferably something that can have all the initial input done on 1 computer and subsequently transferred/accessed from a different computer from then on.

I know MS has MS Contacts but to me, it seems a bit harder to work with. I downloaded a trial for SuperRolodex. That seems good. So Im looking for something comparable or input on how that system works if anyone has tried it.
