High Speed USBs:

by In-Correct / May 10, 2008 3:44 PM PDT

I recently posted a post about USBs. I also have 2 transparent light up USB hubs. They both say 7 Port High Speed USB Hub. Why is the computer recognizing them as not high speed hubs?? They have a port for a power adapter, but right now they are plugged into my monitor. It has two cords, so the USB hubs are getting its power from the monitor base, not from the computer...and I don't think the monitor would have low speed USB hubs...especially since I got the monitor about four months ago... If you need any more information, read my other post.

All I know is the Model Number on one of them is UH-323.

Copied And Pasted From My Other Post:

"It's a Compaq Presario I got in 2004. And I also have an equally loaded ViewSonic monitor with iPod dock. It has 4 USBs. I know I have 11 USBs combined....." I think it is 11 USB Ports.

Compaqs do have model numbers and if we had that we could check what type ports it has. Look at the rear of the machine for the labels and share what's on it.
